Estou a tornar-me uma blogger de fim-de-semana. Não consigo ter tempo à semana, e acabo por apenas conseguir postar algumas fotos na página do Facebook, para mostrar ao Mundo as coisas de que gosto. Desculpem, mas não tenho mesmo conseguido...

Aqui vão algumas ideias que tenho tido e que gostava de vos mostrar. Espero que gostem.

I'm becoming a weekend blogger. I just don't have the time during the week, so I end up posting a few photos on the Facebook page, to share the things that I like with the rest of the world... I'm sorry, but I 've been really busy lately...

Here are some ideas that I've been having and that I would like to share with you. I hope you like them.

Sweet craving

Hoje acordei com vontade de fazer bolos. Mas, antes de ir para a cozinha, aqui vai mais uma corzinha doce para vos entreter. Acho este bolo lindo. E, para quem gosta de frutos silvestres, deve ser uma perdição! As fotos da Monica Eisenman também ajudam, ela é óptima a fotografar comida.

Adorava ter umas mãos de fada, daquelas que têm um toque especial para tudo o que são trabalhos manuais e, plim-plim, voilá, fiz isto, assim como quem não quer a coisa! É que fico com a minha imaginação às voltas sempre que vejo bolos e bolinhos lindos e decorados - sem nunca deixarem de ser deliciosos, que isto de parecer e não ser é algo que não me interessa!

Uma vez mais o Natal e uns cookies decorados que eu gostava de experimentar - com as tais mãos de fada que gostaria de ter... Ora vejam lá estes que encontrei no maravilhoso blog Becoming Lola... Lindos, não são? Peço pouco para uma primeira vez, não acham? :-) Alguém me quer ajudar a decorar uns destes?

I'd love to have "fairy hands", those kind of hands with a magical touch for all the things handiwork and crafty. So when I look at these beauties, I wish more and more that I had that ease that some people have when they bake and decorate cookies. I love beautiful cakes - but they also have to be delicious, pretty isn't enough!

Well, once again the subject is Christmas and today I'm showing you these cookies that I found on the wonderful blog Becoming Lola. They're so pretty, aren't they? :-) Can somebody help me to make these kind of cookies?

In the mood for party

Já decidi: são estes os inspiration boards nos quais me vou basear para a festa de aniversário da Carlota. Eu sei... sempre as mesmas cores! :-) Mas tenho que aproveitar o resto da decoração da casa para enquadrar a festa e esta é a paleta de cores da minha sala.

Não vai haver propriamente um tema para a festa. Mas posso dizer que vai ter muitos doces! A Loja de Doces da Carlota!

I have already decided: these are the inspiration boards for Carlota's birthday party. I know... it's always the same colours! :-) But I have to fit the party into the decoration and colour scheme of my living room.


The party won't have a particular theme. I can tell you though that there is going to be loads of candies! Carlota's Candy Store!
